2. Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Each item is made to order. Production takes [2–5] business days.
  • After production, delivery takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on destination.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Whe ship to all European Union
  • Shipping cost: 0
  • No additional customs charges or taxes will be collected on delivery. (Confirm with Printful first.)

Returns

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, using the button at capriheritage.shop/[page] or by emailing contact.capri.heritage@gmail.com.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, unworn and in its original condition. Please wait for our return instructions and address before sending anything.
  3. Return address: Brazil, RJ, Petrópolis, Rua Irmãos Dangelo 11.
  4. Return shipping cost: paid by the customer
  5. Refunds are issued within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Wrong, defective or damaged items: Email contact.capri.heritage@gmail.com with photos within [30] days of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
