1. Terms of Sale

Products: Our products are printed and produced on demand by our fulfilment partner.

Prices: All prices are shown in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. No additional customs charges or taxes will be collected on delivery. 

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

Right of withdrawal (14 days): You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, use the "[Withdraw from purchase]" button at capriheritage.shop/[page] or email contact.capri.heritage@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will refund the amount you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method as the original purchase. We may wait until we receive the item back, or until you provide proof that you sent it, before issuing the refund.

Items you design yourself: Products made to your own specifications are not eligible for withdrawal.

Legal guarantee: All products come with a 2-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity, in accordance with the law of your EU country.

Governing law: This sale is governed by the law of the country where you live, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
